Virtual Engagements
Our hour-long virtual sessions bring Prosper Global’ mission to life. Facilitated by a Prosper Global team member, our virtual sessions are an informative and interactive way to engage your teams. Our engagements range from Prosper Global’ emergency response to our response work to the climate crisis, youth empowerment, and more, and inspire employees to take action on behalf of our mission.
In Person Engagements
Prosper Global’ in-person engagements range from an immersive 60- minute group experience to a fast-paced 2-4 minute individual experience that best accompanies larger events. These engagements look at the different areas of our work. For example, our When Disaster Strikes workshop engages employees in Prosper Global’ humanitarian response simulation. Participants experience the challenges faced by those affected and learn how Prosper Global and our corporate partners work alongside communities to cope, adapt, and thrive in the wake of natural disasters.
Workplace Giving Campaigns
You can build community and purpose across your entire workforce with an employee fundraising campaign during moments that matter. Prosper Global has extensive experience working with Benevity, GlobalGiving, YourCause, and more. We can work with you to create bespoke engagement and giving opportunities for your company’s key moment campaigns and during emergency moments. We can provide impact stories and micro-volunteering opportunities aimed at inspiring and motivating employees.
Payroll giving
Payroll Giving offers organisations a way to meet philanthropy goals while providing a meaningful opportunity for employees to give. We can work with you to promote this internally. Why not promote a matching gift programme for your employees to support a cause together?
Skill-based volunteering
At Prosper Global, we recognise the value of volunteering and skill sharing across the whole partnership and we seek opportunities to match employees’ skills to our operational and programmatic needs for greater impact. We strive to ensure that our sharing opportunities are enjoyable and meaningful to both parties.
We’ve worked with Google employees to help us understand how refugees were accessing information digitally; with Microsoft to provide cybersecurity support to our Syria crisis response team; with Xylem employees to design significant water infrastructure projects for refugee camps in Jordan, and many more.
